Green Goblin is a supervillain persona primarily associated with Norman Osborn in Marvel Comics.

Created by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko, the character first appeared in The Amazing Spider-Man #14 (July 1964). He is a major enemy of Spider-Man.

The Green Goblin's most defining trait is his dual identity. Norman Osborn is a brilliant but morally corrupt industrialist who uses an experimental serum to enhance his intellect and physical abilities, but it drives him insane. As the Green Goblin, he terrorizes New York City using advanced weaponry like pumpkin bombs and a goblin glider.
